David Beattie, Property Management Entrepreneur and Author
David is the author of The Expert Landlord book, and the founder of The Expert Landlord website and PocketLet, a mobile app for private landlords. David also founded Chorus Letting, a leading residential property rental agency managing 2 000 properties across Cape Town and Johannesburg in South Africa. David is a happy husband to Karen and a father of 3 beautiful girls.
